Guanzon Group of Companies achieved a significant milestone on October 17, 2023, after the eighth Suzuki 3S Shop officially opened for business in the municipality of Tayug. The shop’s mission is to further boost the customer experience for Suzuki motorcycle patrons.
LGK Guanzon Inc., one of Guanzon Group’s fastest-growing subsidiaries; together with Suzuki Philippines, Inc., one of the top motorcycle manufacturers in the country – formally opened its eighth 3S shop in Quezon Blvd., Poblacion A, Tayug, Pangasinan.
The grand opening ceremony was brimmed with prizes, surprises, and entertainment headed by executives from both Guanzon Group and Suzuki Motorcycles Philippines, Inc. The celebration was also graced by the presence of locals, visitors, Suzuki motorcycle aficionados, and Guanzon Group Brand Ambassador, Mr. Alfred WaterMax.
The day-long celebration started with the Safety Riding Seminar conducted by experts from Suzuki Philippines, deemed elemental by both Guanzon and SPh, as the companies are massive advocators of safe road usage and responsible driving/riding. The seminar was followed by a motorcade with local Suzuki riders featuring Mr. WaterMax.
The store blessing and ribbon cutting ceremony were held to formally open the shop and ask abundant blessings to the business.
Guanzon Group’s General Manager for Motorcycle Division, Mr. Arnold L. Guillen, enticed the guests with an engaging welcome remark, followed by a special message from Suzuki Philippines Inc. President, Mr. Koichiro Hirao. Both executives thanked the guests and riders who were in attendance that day, as the event would not be possible without their participation, enthusiasm, and support.
In Chinese business culture, eight (8) is considered fortunate as they often associate the number with wealth or to ‘make a fortune’. For the eighth 3S Shop under the Guanzon flagship, this belief was proven to be reliant as the grand opening of Suzuki 3S Shop Tayug was fruitful after 10 motorcycle units were sold on that day. This remarkable fete was considered the highlight of the event.
The guests who were in attendance that day were still looking back on the memorable grand opening of the shop, recalling the events that took place and expressing a desire for more from Suzuki Philippines and Guanzon Group.
